What is the cost of airport transfer?
Airport Transfer – IDR 900.000 per car per way

Airport Transfer – IDR 1.800.000 per car (Return)

My email has not been responded to, what should I do?
We normally respond to all emails within 24 hours during normal business hours

Monday – Friday     : 08.00am – 08.00pm
Saturday – Sunday  : 08.00am – 04.00pm

Outside of the hours above, we will respond as soon as possible the next day

How can I subscribe to the newsletter?

What is the maximum number of people allowed in a Deluxe Room or Deluxe Balcony Room?
2 Adults and and 1 child under 12 years old with Extra Bed at an additional charge of IDR 200.000net per night (BED ONLY).

Is there a hair dryer available in the room?
Yes, each room is equipped with a hair dryer except Standard Room.

Do you provide gluten free or vegetarian menu options?
Special menu preparations can be requested in restaurant. Best would be to inform us upon the confirmation of your booking.

Is there a dress code in the hotel?
Yes, no singlets are allowed in the Aster restaurant during breakfast, lunch and dinner time as well as Hotel area such as: Lobby Area, Adenium Meeting Room, Gym and Swimming Pool area. Also do not walk around bare feet.

Will my credit card be charged prior arrival?
Unless you have chosen to Book, Pay and Save, your credit card is only required to guarantee your booking and will not be charged prior your arrival. Upon arrival, you require to settle the total amount of your stay.
In case you cancel your reservation, your credit card will be charged according to our cancellation and no show policy in case your booking is cancelled after the stated deadline or in case you are No Show.

Is breakfast included?
No, the room rates featured Room Only but if you need breakfast we could provide breakfast by bento.

Is the access to the swimming pool for free?
During your stay with us free access is provided to our swimming pools.

Do I need to bring towels along or will these be provided during our stay?
Towels will be provided on a daily basis in your room.

Can I fit more than one extra bed in one room?
No, our Standard Room up to Corner Suites (except Superior Room) can only fit maximum one extra bed. 

Do you provide free Wi-Fi?
Free Wi-Fi is provided in restaurant, lobby area, meeting room and in the room.

I sent a private message to Social Media (facebook, instagram) – but I did not Receive a response. What Should I do?
We normally respond to all messages as quickly as possible during business hours
