Tajug Gede Mosque
The mosque itself built in a very traditional design with no glass surrounded the area, just wooden windows made of teak wood. However, there are lots of modern touch such as the the lamps that patched upon the ceiling.
Tajug Gede Cilodong mosque of Purwakarta has an 9 exotic Beduk in it and it's also symbolize the number of Wali Songo (Former Religious Leader in Java). Beduk is a big drum used to call muslims to pray to the mosque. This is a common instruments you could found in every mosque in Indonesia.
In addition, this mosque also has 9 muezzin to recite the azaan. Tajug Gede Cilodong Purwakarta is a wonderful mosque with dozens story and exotic look.
